The Vue at Desert Color

The Vue marks one of the first milestones in the 47-acre mixed-use development by PEG and Woodbury Corporation in Southern Utah’s Desert Color community. This phase introduces 180 modern apartments across four contemporary buildings, offering high-end amenities like a clubhouse, fitness center, and St. George’s first 140-foot lazy river. As the development expands, it will add multifamily residences, a grocery-anchored shopping center, the area’s only gas station, office space, and a vibrant town center. Retail tenants include Swig, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Mo’ Bettahs, and more. Construction began in 2022 and will conclude in 2026 with a dynamic paseo featuring experiential retail and upscale shopping.
