Investment Management

With a focused attention on current macroeconomic conditions, historical performance, and regional indicators, Investment Management creates strategies based on disciplined return projections and potential for yield in order to maximize returns for our investors. Each market PEG enters is examined through a vigorous due diligence process and every underlying strategy is vetted and approved by PEG’s Investment Committee. Through acquisitions and ground-up development, experienced portfolio managers and fund managers execute on the approved strategies, striving to achieve projected returns, and working with asset management through to disposition.

Capital Markets

The Capital Markets group connects its investors with PEG’s deal flow and pipeline. By ensuring risk mitigated investment opportunities and a diverse range of investment vehicles, Capital Markets focuses on providing investors with compelling and strong performing investment opportunities. PEG Capital Markets also has its own in-house debt team which fosters strong lending relationships with many leading debt providers including national, regional, and local commercial banks, life insurance companies and investment banks, to further enhance PEG’s investments.

Asset Management

With a disciplined approach to maximizing value and a return on investment, Asset Management focuses on finding the highest and most consistent sources of revenue, reducing expenditures whenever possible and managing risk across the portfolios. Asset managers are responsible for streamlining operations as needed to better manage expenses, increase income, and improve property value. In collaboration with PEG’s property management groups, Asset Management implements the general strategies of each asset to enhance value and cash flow.
