What used to be the Highland Park Business Center is now a popular apartment community that features high exposed ceilings, upgraded countertops and cabinets, premier amenities, and a great location. Generating strong demand in the market early on, Brick Lofts was 25% leased by the time Phase I of the project opened in July 2019. Phase II of the project includes 89 additional units and about 4,000 SF of retail.
