Financing


The financing process involves multiple teams under the PEG Companies umbrella. From an initial concept to the final budget, PEG’s team of analysts constantly refines its project underwriting. While no financial model is perfect, this attention to detail has made it easier to partner with a variety of financial institutions. PEG’s capital markets team manages these lender relationships to find the best construction and permanent financing options for our properties. PEG Capital Partners sources project equity, which may come in the form of targeted funds or individual co-investors. Development managers also work closely with dedicated project accountants to manage budgets and track costs from pre-development through construction.

Construction Owner Representation


As with the design team, it’s important to choose the right general contractor for every project. PEG Development has in-house construction managers with industry experience that assist with contractor and project team selection. PEG’s construction managers provide valuable insights during design, evaluate contractor pricing during the bidding process, and monitor construction progress in relation to the contract budget and schedule. They also facilitate the transition from construction to operations, assisting PEG’s property and asset management teams as they take responsibility for the property. Finally, PEG Development manages procurement of owner-supplied items, which are a major component of hospitality and large multifamily projects.
