PEG Begins Pre-leasing at The Vue at Desert Color in St. George, Utah

Introducing 180 upscale apartment homes as part of a transformative 49-acre mixed-use development in St. George, Utah, The Vue at Desert Color features vibrant residential living, high-end amenities, and a variety of nearby retail and dining options that set the stage for a thriving community.

St. George, Utah – PEG commenced pre-leasing in preparation for the opening of The Vue at Desert Color [“The Vue”], a joint-venture multifamily development with nearby retail in the vibrant Desert Color master-planned community with Woodbury Corporation. The project marks one of the first phases of development on a 49-acre parcel of land that will be developed in phases over the next several years.

 

This milestone marks the beginning of an ambitious project that will transform the Desert Color area into a dynamic mixed-use destination. The comprehensive plan includes multifamily residences, retail spaces, a grocery-anchored shopping experience, diverse dining options, a town center, the area’s exclusive gas station, and much more.

The first phase of the project focuses on The Vue, featuring 180 modern apartment homes spread across four contemporary buildings. Residents will enjoy a variety of high-end amenities, including a spacious clubhouse, a fully equipped fitness center, and a resort-style pool complete with a 140-foot-long lazy river—a first-of-its-kind feature in St. George. Additionally, three retail pads are opening as part of Phase I, offering a range of convenient dining and lifestyle options. Confirmed tenants include Swig, Intermountain Golf Carts, Rosie Nails, MaVie Med Spa, Peach Wave, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Fabulous Freddys, Mobettahs, The Break Sports Bar and Pizza Hut.

 

Management of the retail spaces will be handled by Woodbury Corporation, while PEG Property Group, the multifamily management division of PEG, will manage The Vue. Looking ahead, Phase II of the development will bring two additional apartment buildings, adding 120 more units to the community.
