Utah Valley University will now have student housing contiguous to its campus. Despite facing delays when a group of misinformed neighbors resisted the land rezoning required to develop the student housing, Orem city residents approved Proposition 5, granting PEG approval to build The Green on Campus Drive, a 1,604-bed student housing project that opened in Fall 2020.
