Avia Apartments at 110th Street

Previously a Cloverleaf Suites extended stay hotel, this property is now known as the Avia Apartments at 110th Street. The complex, located at 6300 W. 110th Street, joins the PEG Extended Stay Conversion Fund, L.P. [PEG ESCF], a value-add fund dedicated to the conversion of extended stay hotels into quality Class B multifamily housing. PEG is currently in the process of bringing new life to the property with a full renovation through PEG Development.
