PR/Marketing Intern (Paid)

Job summary

PEG Companies, a leading commercial real estate development and investment firm based in Provo, Utah, is seeking a hard-working and enthusiastic PR/Marketing intern with strong writing skills. This individual will work closely with and report to the group’s Director of PR/Marketing and will work 20 hours per week on site. The available internship is unique and comes with invaluable experience promoting new real estate projects including hotels, apartment complexes, student housing, retail, office, and more. Candidates should be highly independent and able to efficiently manage their time, while juggling a wide range of PR and marketing responsibilities.

Responsibilities
-Curate compelling narratives and marketing content for various real estate projects
-Draft press releases
-Manage social media content calendar on daily basis
-Maintain/update company website regularly
-Contribute to SEO, PPC, blogging, e-mail marketing campaigns, etc.
Qualifications
-Strong and sophisticated writing skills
-Associate degree (or equivalent) in marketing, PR, or related field
-Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
-Strong time management skills
-Working knowledge of Mailchimp and other ESPs a plus
-Working knowledge of WordPress a plus
