Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job summary

We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. If you are personable, positive, hardworking, outgoing, reliable, honest, and great with people, we would love to have you apply.

  • Answer and screen telephone calls in a positive tone. Greet visitors, assist them to appropriate meeting location, make sure they are comfortable, and notify their appointment
  • Maintain a professional company image while interacting with clients and visitors in person and by phone
  • Interact with investors/clients, when appropriate, and problem solve, document complaints and develop an appropriate course of action, report problems to Senior Executive Assistant when they cannot be resolved for attention
  • Assist colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Receive and route packages, open and distribute mail
  • Manage conference room calendars
  • Prepare/spot clean meeting rooms
  • Provide general office support to all departments
  • Keep office cleaned up and organized throughout the day
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • 2 years prior experience as a receptionist, assistant or in a related field
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Able to contribute positively as part of the team and help with various tasks as required
  • Attention to detail and ability to organize
