PEG Companies is looking for a Paralegal and Legal Services Administrator who has an interest in working with a corporate legal department, working hard, and having fun.

Responsibilities
  • Work with corporate legal department to prepare and administer legal documents
  • File, update, and monitor entity creation and renewals
  • Conduct zoning reviews and title reviews
  • Coordinate elements of property purchase with various departments
  • Manage document production and coordination, particularly related to closing on land
  • Draft and maintain membership assignments, redemptions, and subscriptions
  • Coordinate document execution
  • Check and edit legal forms and documents
  • Manage document version control and manage electronic files
Qualifications
  • Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certificate program in paralegal studies
  • Familiarity with corporate entity structures and estate planning/retirement vehicle structures
  • Experience with zoning and title review
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents
  • Experience with Salesforce, Word, and Excel preferred
