Job summary

The PEG Capital Partners division of PEG Companies is responsible for managing and executing investment strategies, capital raising and business and product development across the entire PEG Companies umbrella. The PEG Capital Partners group raises capital by developing and maintaining relationships with HNW individuals, family offices and institutional investors for each of PEG’s specialized real estate funds and investments.


In the Investor Services role at PEG Capital Partners, the right individual will be focused on ensuring the needs of PEG’s investors through attentive service and support. This individual will also be responsible for the detailed review and processing of investor documentation, perform investor outreach, and analyze investor information as part of our investor onboarding and account maintenance processes.


This position reports directly to the Managing Director of PEG Capital Partners.

  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from investors and internal partners
  • Work closely with investors, the Company’s fund administrator, wealth management platforms, and financial advisors to ensure successful processing of new and existing investor paperwork
  • Intake, process, and manage workflow related to subscription document, KYC and AML due diligence
  • Conduct detailed reviews, track status, and update investor files throughout the onboarding process
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure all Tax, AML/KYC, Legal and Compliance requirements are met for onboarding investors into PEG’s investments
  • Maintain the investor portal for investors by uploading reports and working collaboratively with Asset Management and Accounting
  • Assist with large-scale data management and clean-up projects related to investor data
  • Provide support for investor events
  • 2+ years’ experience in investor services, investor relations, or a related field (private equity, wealth management, financial services, fund administration)
  • Understanding of corporate entity structures (Corp, LLC, Foundation) and estate planning/retirement vehicles structures (Trust, IRA, 401k)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Must be proactive and possess solid follow-up skills with an ability to track aged or long-term tasks
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms is preferred
  • Adept knowledge of MS Office (i.e. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc).
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent client relationship management skills
