This position will report directly to the Chief Legal Officer but will have significant contact with the legal department, the equity and accounting teams.

  • Work with corporate legal department in the preparation and administration of legal documents.
  • Work with investors, fund administrator, financial advisor, and other financial servicers to ensure the complete onboarding and processing of new and existing investor documents; including but not limited to, subscription documents, KYC, and AML.
  • Track and review investor files throughout the onboarding process
  • Work with internal legal team and third-party administrator to ensure all Legal and Compliance, tax, and KYC/AML requirements, are met for onboarding investors into the fund and other investment vehicles.
  • Understand the company’s fund and investment structures to ensure investors are correctly onboarded into fund and investment vehicles.
  • Data management related to investor data, CRM platforms, and other legal documents.
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries from investors and internal clients

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Experience in law firm, corporate legal department, investor or client services, investor or client relations, client onboarding or a related field (wealth management, financial services, fund administration)
  • Understanding of corporate entity structures strongly preferred (Corp, LLC, Foundation) and estate planning/retirement vehicles structures (Trust, IRA, 401k)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents
  • Understanding of Salesforce and other CRM platforms and strong experience with Word and Excel
