The Development Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the Development Department by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Compile, maintain, and distribute documents related to construction management, loan draw coordination, city entitlement review, change orders, field inspections, punch lists, observation reporting, and FF&E.
Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
Respond to and manage inquiries and questions from internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule travel, meetings, and appointments for managers.
Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
Record and distribute minutes or other records for meetings.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record-keeping and filing.
Ability to work independently.
Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
